Logs Tab in the Extension

The Logs Tab is a helpful feature within the extension’s settings, designed to assist in resolving issues related to address formatting or other functionalities.

How to Access the Logs Tab

Open the Extension:
Click the PastePerfect.Ai icon in your browser.
Go to Settings:
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to the "Logs" tab on the settings page.

What is the Logs Tab For?

The Logs Tab allows you to:

View a record of any address or functionality issues.
Submit specific logs to the support team for troubleshooting.

How to Use Logs for Support

Identify the Issue:
If an address is not pasting correctly or there’s another issue, open the Logs Tab to locate the relevant log.
Submit a Support Ticket:
- Provide the log code to the support team.
- Briefly describe the issue you’re experiencing.
- The support team will use the log code to decrypt the information and investigate further.
Secure and Private Logs:
- Logs are securely built, ensuring no one has access to them except for you.
- The support team can only view logs if you provide them with the log key.

Data Security and Privacy

Log Storage: Logs are stored for 7 days and automatically deleted after this period.
Privacy Guarantee: We do not access or store your logs unless you explicitly provide the log key for troubleshooting.
